Common questions
No — you can start a free trial without entering payment details, and add them before it ends. Virtual Paraplanner is included for the trial.
Yes — firm admins can add or remove users; billing adjusts to the number of seats. If Virtual Paraplanner is enabled, the £3 per adviser upgrade adjusts with seat count too.
No. After the trial you can keep core Solo/Multi pricing only (£35 / £35+£7…). Turning the upgrade off removes the £3 per adviser charge and the Virtual Paraplanner review feature for your firm.
No long-term contract. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
One: all advisers at your firm must be registered as users. ProSuitability is licensed per adviser — we verify adviser counts against the FCA Financial Services Register periodically, and if the registered count exceeds your plan, we’ll update your subscription from the next billing cycle.
